EVINCII LAUNCHES, BRINGS THE POWER OF SEARCH
TO BRICK-AND-MORTAR RETAIL STORES

Evincii Delivers First Point-of-Decision Search and Advertising Platform for
Mass Merchant, Drug Store, and Supermarket Chains

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - April 14, 2008 - Evincii, the leading provider of in-store search and advertising software solutions for mass merchant, drug store, and supermarket retailer chains, announced its official company launch today. Evincii's proprietary Search Engine in the StoreTM technology platform recommends precise and relevant products to shoppers in brick-and-mortar stores. This is done through Evincii's Search BoxTM network which delivers an interactive, targeted, search-based advertising platform at the point of decision with proven, category-wide sales lift.

The first application of Evincii's Search Box is PHARMAssistTM, which guides and advises shoppers in the over-the-counter medicine category. Consumers like PHARMAssist, as 15 to 18% of all category shoppers receive recommendations from its search results on a daily basis. Retailers like its ability to enhance the shopper experience and increase overall category sales by 3 to 6%. Meanwhile, advertisers are able to advise engaged consumers at the point of decision and increase brand sales by 7 to 18%.

"In-store advertisers and retailers are looking for more interactive ways to engage consumers that will help increase sales in this increasingly competitive market," said Charles Koo, chief executive officer of Evincii. "What search has done for the world of Web-based commerce and advertising, Evincii is doing for the much larger world of in-store commerce -- enabling consumers to find exactly what they're looking for in seconds. For retailers to remain competitive, every store will soon need a Search Box powered by Evincii."

Interactive Media at the Point of Decision
To get closer to the right consumer at the point of purchase, advertising media are increasingly moving out of the home and into the store. The natural first step has been to deploy digital signage and in-store video media, but marketers have not been able to completely measure how many people see such media and how many actual buying decisions they impact. These solutions are based on a "push" model, where consumers are passively fed general product information. With Evincii's Search Box, in-store advertisers and retailers can now communicate with consumers directly at the point of decision with proven sales lift -- based on a "pull" model where shoppers receive highly relevant, precise, and specific advice.

"Our customers are faced with a wide array of over-the-counter product choices," said Larry Gatta, chief marketing officer of Longs Drugs. "They want an interactive solution that recommends and finds exactly what they need. With its touch-screen interface, Evincii's Search Box guides shoppers to find the right products for their specific symptoms or health conditions quickly and easily. Our shoppers have been using Evincii's Search Box every day for over a year. It makes it easy, and that is our number one priority."

Market Opportunity
Evincii gives brick-and-mortar retailers the ability to deploy search-based advertising solutions that satisfy the precision and speed required by shoppers in the challenging physical store environment. The top 20 mass merchant retailer chains, drug stores and supermarkets represent an annual advertising opportunity to Evincii exceeding $2.5 billion in the United States. Despite the steady growth of online ad revenues, nearly 93% of U.S. advertising budgets are still devoted to traditional advertising media, and about 91% of U.S. retail sales are still made in physical stores. In addition, online advertising growth is declining due to a variety of factors, including an increased focus on click quality and advertising return-on-investment, maturation of the market, and tough economic conditions. With its proprietary technology, Evincii is well-positioned to capitalize on a significant market need for in-store, search-based advertising.

Meeting In-Store Customer Needs
Consumers in a store are always searching for products. For example, one may be looking for an over-the-counter medicine to treat her cold or flu and become overwhelmed by the hundreds of product choices on the shelf. It may easily take ten to twenty minutes just searching for the right product.

Powered by Evincii's patent-pending, Search-by-IntentTM technology, PHARMAssist engages and guides in-store shoppers via an interactive touch-screen to find the right products in a matter of seconds. Customers are able to avoid the frustration, uncertainty, and lost time of comparing product after product to review ingredients and recommended uses in order to find the right medication for themselves or their loved ones. Shoppers can now be confident that the products being recommended to them contain all of the ingredients they need and none that they don't. Eliminating the Complexity of In-Store Technology
Evincii's search-based advertising platform solves several challenges specific to the in-store environment. First, it delivers precise search results in seconds and is easy to use for shoppers who may not be computer savvy. Second, Evincii's scalable network solves the technical complexity of deployment and content management in the brick-and-mortar setting. Third, Evincii's Search Box does not occupy retailers' valuable shelf space and uses little staff resources. Fourth, it provides detailed campaign visibility and management tools to the advertiser, seamlessly tracking hundreds of retailers' products and their locations across thousands of stores. Due to numerous technical challenges, no other company currently offers a performance-based, search advertising solution in the brick-and-mortar retail environment.

Installation of the Evincii Search Box is quick and easy in a single, plug-and-play step. The Evincii network remotely conducts ongoing monitoring and maintenance to ensure maximum system performance and maintain up-to-date product and advertising content. Evincii's network is also highly scalable for easy installation across multiple retail chain locations.
