Installation and ongoing maintenance of Evincii's Search-Box will not impact store staff nor require IT support. In fact, installing the Search-Box is almost as fast as using it to find the right products. Due to its innovative, patent-pending design and remote management capabilities, a Search-Box can be drop shipped and installed in less than two hours. All that's needed is a power source.

Once the Search-Box has been powered up, all software, product information, planogram layouts, and systems management tools are installed and updated remotely. Ongoing maintenance and support are also performed remotely, and no in-person intervention is necessary. The Evincii network monitors individual system health and raises alerts to abnormal behavior detected. Each Search-Box automatically synchronizes with the latest updates on a daily basis. If there are more serious problems requiring additional repairs, a new Search-Box is shipped to the store and simply swapped with the existing unit.
