The entire network is monitored around the clock by the Evincii Network Operations Center to ensure systems are performing optimally and giving shoppers the best search experience possible.

The network's scalable architecture is built for remote monitoring and management via a secure Internet channel. Neither real-time wide area network access nor integration with any IT or back end systems are necessary, which means low IT resource impacts and high security for store networks. All consumer interactions are local, with each store system containing all software modules necessary to provide fast, localized, in-store search experiences. Wide area communications are used for product updates, campaign management, and usage monitoring, all of which is done during times of low network utilization.

Over two million shoppers have received product recommendations from Evincii's Search-Boxes. Continuous remote system monitoring and isolation from retailer and CPG manufacturer systems ensures system and network security. In addition, Evincii's Remote Management System is designed to provide the minimal amount of product and application updates during low usage hours to minimize network utilization.
