PHARMAssist^TM Online

PHARMAssist Online has been designed to optimize a user's experience in both ecommerce and advisory website settings. In an ecommerce setting, the product selection resulting from the advisory search is placed in the shopping basket of the ecommerce retailer, while in an advisory capacity, products can be placed in a shopping list. PHARMAssist Online ties together retailers' brick-and-mortar and online shopping experiences. Similar to PHARMAssist In-Store, the Knowledge Web and Search-by-Intent technologies have been applied to PHARMAssist Online to find precisely the correct over-the-counter drug products that meet a consumer's symptoms and conditions. PHARMAssist Online draws from Evincii's comprehensive medical / disease Knowledge Web that contains the symptoms, conditions, and treatments for over 2,000 diseases. It adheres to pharmacological standards and is also reviewed by Evincii's board of registered pharmacists.

Similar to in-store version, PHARMAssist Online presents a set of symptoms from which a consumer selects. As specific symptoms are selected, the system deduces what other symptoms can coexist, prompting the user to select all symptoms present. PHARMAssist Online then guides the consumer to enter other conditions, including age group and any special conditions that might impact the proper recommendation, such as pregnancy, diabetes, or specific allergies. After identifying all available products that have ingredients to treat the selected symptoms, the system then eliminates products having any ingredients which are not required and / or are precluded due to a consumer's special conditions. The resulting recommendation contains all products that precisely meet the consumer's selections and none that do not. PHARMAssist Online seamlessly integrates into a retailer's over-the-counter ecommerce or informational website. It's the perfect companion to PHARMAssist and allows retailers to tie together both their in-store and online experiences.
